This is the Valence, a four input by four output over unity gain matrix mixer. Designed to look unique on your desk, but also function to be a powerful addition to other utilities in your toolbox. Easily add self-feedback or deeper feedback loops; have several pedals feed into each other; route multiple instruments to multiple pedals; and way more things that I cannot even imagine
The additional option of a closed chassis is for those that intend to place theirs on a pedalboard. It would still be a folded aluminum chassis, but just enclosed instead of this open exposed design; along with countersunk screws for velcroing the Valence to your board.

SHORT ANSWER, YES: Custom inputs and outputs can be accomodated with some caviats. In general, expect to pay considerably more if you need it to be custom designed.
